Meet our office support team Bryce, Alice, Dana, Lauren & Cheyenne

Our office support team are here to ensure that whilst you are looking after our customers, we are looking after you. They play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From finance, HR, training and recruitment, they support every aspect of our business. Bryce our highly experienced Registered Care Manager oversees all aspects of care delivery, Alice is our Business Director, Dana is our Recruitment Manager and Lauren and Cheyenne provide our admin support. They work tirelessly to ensure that we remain the best employer for you and the best care provider for our customers. It’s why we are so successful!

Meet Our Care Coordinators Renford & Michelle

Our Care Coordinators Renford and Michelle are responsible for organising and scheduling care services to ensure our customers receive consistent and timely support. They manage staff rotas, match care assistants to customers based on their needs, and ensure all visits are covered efficiently. With a strong focus on communication and logistics, Renford and Michelle ensure that care runs smoothly, always keeping both customers and care teams well-informed and supported. They work hard to keep our care team as happy as our customers.

Meet our Customer Services Team Emma, Sharon & Yvonne

Meet Emma and Sharon who are both Customer Services Managers, and Yvonne who manages our Respite Service. Their jobs are all very customer focused and between them they carry out customer assessments and wellness checks, and develop personalised care plans. They fastidiously monitor the quality of service we deliver, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure not only that every customer receives the care they need but that every carer feels supported and confident in their role.

Meet our Care Assistant Support Team Gloria, Hera & Susan

Gloria, Hera and Susan all take great care of our team of Care Assistants, offering mentoring, support, help, advice and on the spot training where needed. They lead in a very positive way, empowering their care team to be the best they can be and ensuring that every carer in their team feels supported and confident and part of the family.
