Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Supervisor Support the registered manager: With the efficient running of a designated area and the supervision of care assistants Make sure Bluebird Care provides safe, effective, high-quality care that responds to each customer’s needs and preferences Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times Undertake regular staff supervisions and community based checks Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full Writing and updating Care Plans for customers Accurate completion and maintenance of records Competent use of computerised systems Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Supervisor Role As we want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family.
