Bluebird Care Stamford, Rutland, Peterborough & Oundle are a CQC-rated "Outstanding" care provider . We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. The successful candidate will have a strong, proven background in domiciliary care. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations, leadership of the management team, ensuring compliance with policy and procedures, maintaining high care standards, and fostering team and service growth. We Offer: Competitive salary of £43,000 - £47,000 depending on experience, plus bonus scheme, plus performance scheme Fully funded company pension. A track record of leadership of your team. The ability to manage operations and deliver on strategy and agreed kpi’s A recognised qualification in health and social care at Level 5 or equivalent. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Your Role: Oversee the daily operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and inspire your management team and your team of care professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture. Manage and implement training and team building across all employees. Ensure staff maintain up-to-date training and adhere to best practices in care provision. Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. Drive continuous improvement to maintain our “Outstanding” CQC rating. Work with Directors to develop and grow business opportunities.
