Community Support Worker
£12.50/hr weekdays, £13.50/hr weekends, full time or part time. Hours to suit.

Bluebird Care Sefton are a high quality domiciliary care provider for older people and disabled adults throughout the Sefton area. We are looking for Support Workers to join our team. We offer the highest rates of pay. £12.50 per hour weekdays and £13.50 per hour weekends and £25 per hour Bank Holidays. Within 6-12 months you also have the opportunity to achieve promotion to Senior Support Worker, with a current salary of £13 per hour weekdays and £14 per hour weekends. All salaries are reviewed every 6 months. In addition to the great rates of pay we offer: 40p per mile fuel allowance Free uniform provided 28 days holiday per year As the role of Support Worker involves visiting customers in their own home, the use of a car is highly advisable. However, you can carry out this role on a bicycle if you commit to cycling in all weathers. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too, that’s why we will require you to work **date/times required**.
