Ninitha, Registered Care Manager
Ninitha overseas the day to day running of our service, managing care staff and ensuring high quality and compliance. She also delivers induction training for new staff.
Nadine, Onboarding mentor
Nadine oversees the rosters ensuring that they meet the needs of both customers and care staff. She also acts as a mentor for new staff throughout their induction period, assisting with shadowing, training and wellbeing support.
Gemma, Supervisor
Gemma carries out care assessments for new customers, writes care plans and ensures that the care we provide meets the individual needs of our customers. She liaises with customers and their families about any changes and ensures that care staff are kept updated. She also frequently manages the out of hours services, providing support to staff and customers when the office is closed.
Elizabeth, Supervisor
As Field Care Supervisor, Elizabeth carries out spot checks of care staff and reviews of customer care. She will support new staff with shadowing and any further on-the job training requirements.
