Our dedicated team is at the core of our success, and we are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and support our care professionals in the Truro & St Austell areas. The Role As a Team Leader , you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care while supporting and developing our care team. You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure service excellence, compliance, and professional growth within your team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery. Develop and review care plans and conduct risk assessments to maintain best practices. Efficiently manage staff rotas to provide consistent and reliable care services. Deliver and promote a culture of person-centred care, ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and respect. Assist in the training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of care staff. About You We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with: Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting, with previous leadership responsibilities. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care. Experience in rota management, care plan development, and risk assessments (desirable). An NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards this qualification). Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support and develop care teams effectively. Essential Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
