Business Administration Apprenticeship
Full Time : Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing essential skills in business administration. The successful candidate will support various administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and organising documents Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, addressing enquiries and directing calls as necessary Support the team in administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations. Maintain and update digital records Help track and count inventory, such as PPE, office supplies, and care equipment Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld at all times Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new care staff Experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Previous experience in an administrative role or similar environment is beneficial Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in data entry with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. SOCIAL CARE ASSESSOR ROLE AVAILABLE!****( NO SPONSORSHIP) *****The Social Care Assessor role is the critical link between the customer and our care staff. The potential candidate must have the drive and passion to make a real difference in our customer's lives. With passion comes inspiration it will be your duty to inspire care staff to help vulnerable adults to achieve the upmost best in their lives. You will need to lead a team of care staff to deliver a safe and effective working service for our customers. All our customers are based in the Luton Bedfordshire area we cover the following postcodes LU1, LU2, LU3 and LU4. We welcome candidates who have the ability and talent to capture and personalise support plans to ensure care staff are well equipped to know exactly the customer WANTS and NEEDS.
