PAY £12 - £18h Contracted hours available Bluebird Care Leicester are leading provider of support services for children and adults with complex needs in and around Leicester. We are looking for experienced support workers that have worked with adults with complex needs. The role will involve being out in the community with adults on a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 basis and can include physical outdoor and indoor activities such as (but not exclusively) hiking, climbing and swimming. Helping with day to day tasks such as cleaning, finance management may also be included. The learning difficulties that are present can be highly functioning Autism, ADHD, EBD, Speech & Language disorders, moderate & severe learning difficulties & other associated behavioural difficulties This role may also involve personal care. The successful candidate must be willing to have an Adult & Children enhanced DBS. Full training will also be given. We are looking for experienced Care Experts that have worked with complex needs children from the ages of 5 to 18 years old.
