Jon and Night Murray-Walker are the owners of Bluebird Care Isle Of Wight.

Originally from Lymington, Jon knows the island well and he has 20+ years’ experience in business management and school leadership. He is looking forward to working with everyone in the company to ensure we are all in the best possible position to care for you as best we can.

Night has 20 years’ experience in the Care sector, working in a variety of leadership roles, and is keen to work with and support everyone in ensuring we continue to offer you the highest possible standard of care.

Helena John, Registering Manager

Helena oversees our day-to-day services with a strong focus on customer wellbeing and meeting strict industry standards. She ensures the team provides safe and outstanding care that consistently exceeds expectations.

Lisa Gulliver, Client Relationship Manager

Lisa is the primary contact for our existing customers. She liaises with health professionals and family members to ensure all needs are met, while managing any schedule, care plan or service queries.

Sophie Taylor, Accounts Support

Sophie's role is integral to the maintenance of precise financial records, facilitation of financial transactions, and the guarantee of adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Sallie Howe, Field Supervisor

Sallie is responsible for setting up the care plan for each customer and making sure we deliver what we promise. This involves visiting new customers, and where they wish it, their families, to create a tailored care and support plan.
