As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to our customers, which may include: Delivering personal care with dignity and respect. Administering medication to ensure customers’ well-being. Fuel card to support your travel costs. Full training and ongoing development , so you always feel confident in your role. A supportive shift pattern: 7am-10pm Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Smartphone technology to make your job easier. A free uniform to wear with pride. Celebrations, from birthdays to Christmas, because every team member deserves recognition. The Role on Your Terms We know life can be busy, so we offer the flexibility to work around your commitments, whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours. In return, we ask for your flexibility too. Together, we can create a schedule that works for everyone. What Do You Need to Join? We’re looking for caring individuals who: Have a full and valid UK driving licence and access to a car. Have the right to work in the UK. Have an excellent standard of English. Experience is not required – just a genuine desire to care for others and a commitment to making a difference in our customers’ lives.
