Many of our care assistants wouldn’t change a thing; they love what they do and the people they care for. It’s a vocation. Others in our team choose to progress to a supporting role. Whatever their choices, all of our Bluebirds play an equally important role in making us a brilliant care team. Here are just a few of the people from our fantastic team.

Meet our office support team Bryce, Alice, Dana, Lauren & Cheyenne
Our office support team are here to ensure that whilst you are looking after our customers, we are looking after you. They play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From finance, HR, training and recruitment, they support every aspect of our business. Bryce our highly experienced Registered Care Manager oversees all aspects of care delivery, Alice is our Business Director, Dana is our Recruitment Manager and Lauren and Cheyenne provide our admin support. They work tirelessly to ensure that we remain the best employer for you and the best care provider for our customers. It’s why we are so successful!

Meet Our Care Coordinators Michelle & Gloria
Our Care Coordinators Michelle and Gloria are responsible for organising and scheduling care services to ensure our customers receive consistent and timely support. They manage staff rotas, match care assistants to customers based on their needs, and ensure all visits are covered efficiently. With a strong focus on communication and logistics, Michelle and Gloria ensure that care runs smoothly, always keeping both customers and care teams well-informed and supported. Originally care assistants themselves, they work hard to keep our care team as happy as our customers. Gloria divides her time between care coordination and field care supervisions.

Meet our Customer Services and Care Assistant Support Team Sinead, Sharmaine & Gloria
Meet Sinead, Sharmaine and Gloria. Between them, they mentor, oversee and support our team of care assistants, carry out customer assessments and wellness checks, and develop personalised care plans. They fastidiously monitor the quality of service we deliver, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure not only that every customer receives the care they need but that every carer feels supported, confident and part of the family.

Meet our Care Assistants: Mary joined in 2013 and Kenisha in 2016
