Areas covered include; Mold, Penyffordd, Saltney, Broughton, Deeside and Hawarden What You’ll Be Doing: Helping clients with their bedtime routine, making sure they’re comfortable, relaxed, and ready for a good night’s rest. Providing personal care, from assisting with bathing and dressing to making sure they take their medication on time. Offering a friendly ear and a bit of company during the evening, bringing warmth to their day. Helping with light household tasks like meal prep and tidying up to keep things running smoothly. Why This Role Works for You: Evening shifts : 4pm-10.30pm , giving you time for other commitments like studying or childcare during the day. We are especially looking for Thursday and Friday availability Competitive pay : Earn £13.00 - £16.25 per hour for work that truly matters. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Senior Carer to join our team full-time, working across Chester and Flintshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with care experience who is ready to develop into a supervisory role. The position is primarily office-based, focusing on compliance and care coordination, with occasional hands-on care delivery when required. This role offers a salaried position of £25,000 to £27,000 per year, based on experience, working 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence Mentor and supervise new care staff, encouraging best practices and professional development Support the monitoring of compliance with company policies and care standards Maintain accurate and timely records, including care plans and compliance documentation Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Step in to provide care when needed, maintaining continuity for our customers Requirements: Compassionate, dependable, friendly and proactive approach You don't have to have been in a senior position before but you must have homecare experience. Willingness to work alternate weekends NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred (or working towards) Strong leadership and communication skills, with great attention to detail Full UK driving licence and access to a car Willingness to be part of the on-call rota. This will be one week night AND one weekend in 4.
