At Bluebird Care Aylesbury, our team is at the heart of everything we do. Led by our dedicated business owners Michael & Tania Hackett and George Morris, who ensure we stay true to our mission of compassionate, quality care, our team includes Sammie a highly experienced registered manager who oversees all aspects of care delivery. Supporting them is Leah is our training & recruitment manager who oversees the entire recruitment, onboarding and training processes, a crucially important role for the success and quality of the business. Emma is our care coordinator, who ensures that every detail is taken care of and that our services run smoothly. Our care supervisors are Jade and Emily, they are involved in taking care of new care assistants, insuring that they have the right training, guidance, roles and supervision. And, of course, our team of expert carers—kind, skilled, and truly passionate—are the ones who make a real difference every day, bringing comfort, support, and peace of mind to families across Aylesbury.
