At Bluebird Care Aylesbury, our team is at the heart of everything we do. Led by our dedicated business owners Michael & Tania Hackett and George Morris, who ensure we stay true to our mission of compassionate, quality care, our team includes Sammie a highly experienced registered manager who oversees all aspects of care delivery. Supporting them is Leah is our training & recruitment manager who oversees the entire recruitment, onboarding and training processes, a crucially important role for the success and quality of the business. Emma is our care coordinator, who ensures that every detail is taken care of and that our services run smoothly. Our care supervisors are Jade and Emily, they are involved in taking care of new care assistants, insuring that they have the right training, guidance, roles and supervision. And, of course, our team of expert carers—kind, skilled, and truly passionate—are the ones who make a real difference every day, bringing comfort, support, and peace of mind to families across Aylesbury. Together, we’re committed to providing the very best in home care, so your loved ones can stay safe and happy at home.

Michael, Tania & George - Directors and Owners
The Bluebird Care Aylesbury office is owned and operated by husband and wife Michael & Tania Hackett and George Morris.
Sammie Macknight - Care Manager
As Registered Care Manager, Sammie has ultimate responsibility for the wellbeing of our customers and staff, in addition to the day to day running of operations at the Aylesbury office.
Maria - Care Supervisor
Maria is one of our Care Supervisors, with over a decade of experience. She has spent 7 years working in a care home setting before moving into home care, where she has worked for the past 3 years. In her current role, Maria supports our amazing carers through regular spot checks, monitoring compliance, and ensuring high standards are consistently met. She is passionate about providing quality care and is dedicated to making sure both carers and customers feel supported, respected, and valued. Her commitment to putting people first is at the heart of everything she does.
Emma Gray - Care Coordinator
Our Care coordinator is Emma, she ensures that we deliver high quality care with correct allocation of staff and is responsible for the continuity of care for all of our customers.
