Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Live-in Care Expert

As a Live-In Care Expert, you will be living with one of our customers or maybe even a couple to provide the very best care. You are there to be a companion, but also to help them remain independent in their own home and cherish all the memories they’ve made there.

  • Providing personal care duties. 🧼

  • Manual handling, using equipment where required. 👩‍🦽
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full.📈

Your Experience and Suitability for the Live-in Care Assistant Role

Previous care experience is essential. Live-in Care Experts are matched to our customers to ensure our customers and you get along so the most important thing to us is that you are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team that genuinely cares for each of our customers as if they were their own family.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Full and valid UK driving licence with your own car
  • Fully enhanced dbs on the update service
  • Access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship or the need to switch sponsors
  • Excellent level of English
  • A no-can-do attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Patience, understanding, caring and the ability to leave our customers with a smile
