Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes across Sway, Lymington, New Milton, Brockenhurst areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting with meal preparation and medication administration.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Assisting customers with mobility and daily activities.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure person-centred care is provided at all times.

Our care assistants work 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm shift patterns. There is a requirement to be flexible to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
