Care Assistant - Southampton

Bluebird Care Southampton is in search of Care Assistants to join our team, providing assistance to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their homes. No prior experience is required as comprehensive in-house training will be provided. Have you previously worked in hospitality, perhaps as a hotel receptionist or in housekeeping? Maybe you have experience in sales or customer service and are interested in transitioning your skills to a rewarding new position. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS -

• Must be able to commit to the following shift patterns; 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm
• Must be able to work alternate weekends
• Must have a driving licence & access to your own car for work purposes
• Must have unrestricted right to work - British citizenship, dependants visa, ancestry visa, pre-settled or settled status. NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE.

What does a Care Assistant role entail?

As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalised support to meet the unique needs of our customers. You will treat them with dignity and compassion, always prioritizing their individual preferences and requirements. Duties may include assisting with personal care routines such as bathing and dressing, administering medication, or accompanying individuals on outings to various destinations. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities for fulfilment in the life of a Care Assistant.
