Female Care Assistant - March, Cambridgeshire and the surrounding villages.

No Tier 2 Applications, all applicants must have relevant right to work documentation and NOT require sponsorship. We are also NOT providing the 20 additional hours for Tier 2 candidates.

With guaranteed hours contracts, local customers, dedicated support, and fantastic rates of pay all we are looking for are dedicated, caring, friendly people we can help become amazing Care Assistants.

What will you be doing as a Care Assistant?

All you need is a genuine desire to help someone, to really care…. Here are some of the ways you will support your customer…

  • Personalised care, tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Promote and ensuring independence & dignity.
  • Supporting with personal care needs including showering/bathing/dressing/toileting/continence.
  • Providing comfort and companionship.
  • Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation.
  • Assist your customer to access the community, attending appointments, social visits, days out.
  • Assist with our customer’s medication.

Essentials

  • Caring, Flexible, Adaptable – want to give back and make a real difference
  • Great communication skills – real team player
  • Full UK Driving License and access to your own car
  • Right to work in the UK - UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate, Indefinite Leave or UK Settlement Scheme
  • Satisfactory references
  • Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both the Saturday and Sunday
