We have the pleasure in introducing our team of Care Supervisors, the people who ensure that high-quality care is delivered to our customers. They oversee and support our team of care assistants, carry out customer assessments, and develop personalised care plans. By monitoring service quality and working closely with families and healthcare professionals, they ensure every customer receives the care they need. They also handle scheduling and provide on-call support, ensuring seamless and reliable care at all times.

Our Care Coordinators are responsible for organising and scheduling care services to ensure our customers receive consistent and timely support. They manage staff rotas, match care assistants to customers based on their needs, and ensure all visits are covered efficiently. With a strong focus on communication and logistics, Care Coordinators ensure that care runs smoothly, always keeping both customers and care teams well-informed and supported.
