We offer some degree of flexibility and have both part and full time roles available. We like our staff have a good work/home life balance and work with employees to set availability to suit them and still meet our customer's needs.
Qualifications and further growth
We give full training making sure you have the skills and knowledge to be confident within your role. We encourage and support staff with their continued personal development and access to fully funded QCF level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care and other certified courses in specialised subjects. We encourage career progression and will support all staff on their career journey.
Support when you need it
Every day is different and each day can offer its own challenges, we offer support to our staff both in the field and within the office, with regular supervisions, appraisals and observations. We have an open door policy and always willing to listen and provide support. There is free access to a wellbeing app and we hold regular staff meetings so our care team which is a good opportunity for them to come together with their colleagues, we also hold events and host a Christmas get together every year.
