Lauren joined Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick in 2017 after initially considering a career in hospitality. She has since progressed with the company carrying the role of care assistant, supervisor and co-ordinator before being promoted to acting manager earlier this year. She is currently studying to achieve her NVQ Level 5.
Lauren said about her career with Bluebird Care;
I have enjoyed every minute of my career at Bluebird Care, helping to keep our lovely customers happy and safe in their own homes. My journey shows that there is a real career path in social care.
