Gabi, Director
For the past 26 years I have worked in the health and social care industry in a variety of roles including Care Assistant, student nurse, Manager and Associate Director. Working in a number of hospital, community and office settings has enabled me to gain extensive knowledge in several different sectors, but predominately within elderly care. It has also given me both the knowledge and experience to know just exactly what good quality care should look like.
I first joined Bluebird Care in 2012 as the Business Manager for the Petersfield and Fareham businesses. When the opportunity arose to purchase the Fareham business, I was delighted to have the chance to provide a service to the same standard I would expect for a member of my own family.
It gives me a huge amount of pride and satisfaction knowing that we have a wonderful team in place who share the same passion as me for the standards of care delivered in the local community. I firmly believe that our integral ethos of honesty guides us at Bluebird Care, meaning we do not over promise and do not under deliver.
Louise
Louise manages the office team, ensuring we have a safe and compliant service. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the care team. Amongst other duties, Louise deals with compliments, complaints, staff training and CQC related queries.
Becky
Becky is our highly experienced Care Coordinator, and has a challenging role of scheduling care calls, allocating staff, dealing with daily queries, as well as creating and updating the weekly care schedules for each customer. Becky has a wealth of experience having worked in the care sector for over 15 years, where she first started as a care assistant.
Sharon
Having originally starting with Bluebird Care Fareham as a Care Assistant, Sharon is now the Care Supervisor and works cloesly with our team of Care Assistants on a daily basis. Sharon is responsible for ensuring all of their training needs are met and that they have regular supervisions to discuss concerns and share ideas. Sharon also regularly visits customers, helping the care team as and when required and doing spot checks.
