Roles and Responsibilities: Providing support with personal care needs Providing support with nutrition and hydration needs Providing support with medication Providing support with manual handing transfers Providing invaluable companionship Experience and Suitability: It’s isn’t about previous experience. We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family. We provide a detailed induction training programme to all our staff in addition to shadowing, to ensure all our staff are not only competent but confident in what they do. You will have a dedicated mentor that will provide you with ongoing support throughout your probation period. Essential Criteria: Full UK driving licence Access to a car The Right to Work in the UK Excellent level of English (both spoken and written) Patience and understanding A warm friendly smile Working Patterns: We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for and a life outside of work, this is why we offer the flexibility of either full time or part time hours. Our dedicated Care Coordinator will support you to ensure you have a working pattern that suits YOU! Please note alternate weekend working is essential to the role. Live - In Care Assistant (East Staffs & South Derbyshire)
As a Live - In Care Assistant you will live with a customer for the duration of your placement. Earn up to £840 a week whilst reducing your own cost of living!

Live - In Care Assistants are matched to our customers to ensure our customers and carers are compatible. We provide a detailed induction training programme to all our staff in addition to shadowing, to ensure all our staff are not only competent but confident in what they do. You will have a dedicated mentor that will provide you with ongoing support throughout your probation period.
