Meet the Team - Baljit & Ranjot Khatra

Baljit & Ranjot Khatra - Directors

Bluebird Care Bromsgrove & Redditch is owned and led by Ranjot and Baljit Khatra, who bring with them a wealth of knowledge from their healthcare and finance backgrounds. Having worked with patients of her own for many years as an Optometrist, Ranjot values the importance of care, communication, and professionalism, and strives to ensure that the care provided to Bluebird Care customers is of the highest quality. It is Ranjot and Baljit’s goal to ensure that Bluebird Care is the very best care provider in the local community, as well as being the best employer. Ranjot and Baljit’s own experience of caring for their grandparents gave them a great appreciation of the importance of carers in keeping people in their own homes. This inspired the couple to start their venture with Bluebird Care, giving them the opportunity to help others live the dignified life they deserve, and be able to stay in the comfort of their own homes.
