You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care and Support Workers within a defined area. Salary £21000 to £25000 per annum. Must have a valid driver's licence. The ideal candidate will come from a similar role or be a senior carer looking for an opportunity to progress within the industry. This is a fast paced busy environment and will not be for everyone unless you are very organised, can work efficiently and are a real team player. Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should vary their hours of work in order to effectively monitor and support all care staff and customers.
