We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, delivering initial and ongoing training for the care team and ensuring the highest-quality care for their customers. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, supporting and leading and a passion for providing exceptional care. The role will require you to: Co-ordinate and follow up all referrals, ensuring assessments are conducted in a timely manner. Ensure via the assessment process that risk is enabled whilst managed safely for the organisation, care assistants and customers. Ensure that care and support plans are person directed.
