Our expectation is that you work a minimum of one week at a time on a regular basis. We appreciate your experience: Previous experience in a professional caring role is a requirement - 12 months'minimum. This is to ensure that you have the experience and confidence to provide the support required. Live-in Care Assistants are matched to our customers to ensure that our customers and you get along so, the most important thing to us is that you are naturally compassionate, caring and patient and can care in a professional way. Because we care about our team, we offer: Competitive rates of £770 - £840 per week (£725 in probation for those new to live-in care). We pay our post-probation rate (as indicated above) from the outset to experienced live-in carers to acknowledge your experience. £50 supplement on Bank Holidays (£100 on Christmas Day) Regular, scheduled daily breaks and a settled working pattern of 1-2 weeks working/ one week off. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off can be accommodated.
