What You'll Do as a Live-in Care Assistant:
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will live with your customer, providing round-the-clock care and support, tailored to their individual needs. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and companionship, ensuring that your customer feels safe, supported, and cared for at all times.
You’ll enjoy a flexible working schedule allowing for a balanced work-life routine. During your time on-duty, you will stay with the customer and be on hand to assist throughout the day. Though you are required to sleep over in the home, you won’t be expected to carry out any planned duties during the night.

What We’re Looking For:
When working as a Live-in Care Assistant for Bluebird Care you need to hold certain attributes which align with our business. All of our team members need to be:
- Compassionate and reliable with a passion for helping others
- A great communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently, follow care plans and use your own initiative
2 years minimum live-in care experience is desirable. Although, we accept applications from those with less experience with a desire to work in a live-in care role. We trust our robust pre-employment training programme will provide all essential onboarding procedures to become a Bluebird Care Assistant.
