Support Worker - Children’s Services

Location: Trafford
Salary: £12-£24 per hour, 30p per mile
Hours: Variable; evenings, weekends and school holidays

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will be working with children of various ages and backgrounds, providing essential care and support during evenings and school holidays. This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants and people with other experience with children who struggle with learning disabilities.

  1. Child Care:
    • Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in various settings.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in your care.
  2. Emotional and Social Support:
    • Foster a supportive environment, helping children develop social skills and confidence.
    • Provide one-on-one support as needed.
  3. Communication:
