The application and onboarding process
To join our live-in care bank, you’ll go through a structured application and interview process, just like our full-time employees. If successful, you’ll onboard as a Bluebird Care live-in care assistant, which includes accessing our eLearning platform to complete any necessary training. You’ll also attend a face-to-face pre-employment training session, where you’ll receive a £200 completion bonus after finishing.
Once you’ve completed the onboarding process, you’ll officially become part of our live-in care bank, ready to step into placements as they arise. We work closely with you to match your skills and preferences with available care packages across our service areas.
