Jonathan & Vanessa Billington
Jonathan Billington brings a deep-rooted passion for social care, as his family has been in the sector for nearly 40 years. Before joining Bluebird Care, Jonathan built a successful career in account management, working with large multinational clients in the IT and Telecoms industries. Alongside his wife Vanessa, a trained therapist with 15 years of experience, Jonathan has built this Bluebird Care office with a customer-first approach. They are driven by a shared commitment to getting things right for every customer. Their approach centres on recruiting and nurturing a team of compassionate, selfless individuals, which they believe is the foundation of excellent care. Jonathan and Vanessa take pride not only in providing exceptional care but also in creating meaningful career opportunities for people in their local community who share their passion for a professional in service.
Jo Osgood
Jo Osgood, is our Wiltshire South Registered Care Manager is originally from Northern Ireland and moved to Salisbury in 2002. After graduating from Queens University in Belfast, Jo has dedicated 18 years to the care industry. Having navigated various roles, from casual staff to Care Manager, Jo brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the sector. Her professional journey reflects her commitment to the well-being of those under her care. Outside work, Jo is a parent and a pet owner, residing in Salisbury with her husband, two children, two cats, and a lively Dalmatian. Her grounded approach and practical experience make her an invaluable leader for our team. Jo's professionalism and industry insight ensure continued support for our care at home solution and our customers' well-being.
Kerry White
You won’t be surprised to know that Kerry also joined Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant and it was her high standards and professionalism that were noticed and she is now excelling as a Care Supervisor. Kerry just wants to get things right for our customers so that they get the very best from the service we provide. Although many of our customers require similar things from the service, each and everyone also has unique needs, and it’s those details that Kerry makes sure are just right for you.
Emma Kenniford
Emma has always been in customer-facing services since the age of 18 and her love of meeting people is evident in how she shows up at work everyday. Having joined Bluebird Care Wiltshire South in 2022, the professional care market was new to her. She enjoys every minute and feels that this profession ticks all the boxes she has for her dream career. "I make a difference in people’s lives, I encourage independence and my new role working in the office means I get to meet all the new customers coming in to create a person-centred approach to all care" says Emma. Emma lives nearby in Tidworth with her husband and 3 children.

Our office team is dedicated to support our care professionals with a focus on delivering consistent personalised support, they ensure our customers receive the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs. Our Care Coordinator works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers' daily care and our Community Manager keeps us visible in our local community wherever possible.

Deborah Law
Deborah started her care journey in Bluebird Care Wiltshire South in June 2020. Coming from a medical administrator and healthcare assistant job, being a care professional was all new to her. She adapted to this new role very well and still feels very passionate about all of the Bluebird Care customers. Originally from Scotland Deborah now lives in Bulford with her partner and children, and she plans to relocate to settle in Salisbury soon. Fundamentally as a peoples person, Deborah works on the basis that you should always treat others the way you would like to be treated yourself - a fantastic quality to have when delivering care to others. Since joining Bluebird Care Wiltshire South, Deborah has worked her way up from being a care professional, to a team lead, and now to a care coordinator. She finds some days more challenging than others but is extremely proud and passionate about Bluebird Care Wiltshire South, and the high standard of care we deliver. "Bluebird Care has become my wee family away from home, this I will forever be grateful for during the hard times we all experienced through the pandemic."
Shelly Fitzgerald
Shelly Fitzgerald has been part of Bluebird Care since 2022. After leaving for a brief time, she quickly realised how much she missed both the staff and customers, prompting her return. Shelly’s passion for making a difference in her customers' lives is evident in every care call she makes. Her motto is simple: “I want to have a positive impact on the customers every time I see them and brighten their day.” Shelly is known for her flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing schedules, often stepping in to handle last-minute shifts. Her positive attitude and dedication shine through, making her a favourite among both carers and customers. Always arriving with a smile, Shelly ensures that her customers' needs are at the forefront of every visit. She keeps the office staff and fellow carers up-to-date on any changes, ensuring seamless care. Shelly is committed to her customers, and she continues to go above and beyond to ensure their well-being. She has recently taken on the role of our Community Champion.
Jackie Boekman
Jackie is our Bookkeeper and brings 30 years of experience to Bluebird Care Wiltshire South. Joining us in 2016 Jackie is a great support for the team and brings great empathy and a passion for people.
