Our team members need to be: Compassionate and reliable with a passion for helping others A great communicator with a positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a caring team 2 years minimum care industry experience is desirable. Although, we accept applications from those with less experience with a desire to work in care. We trust our robust pre-employment training programme will provide all essential onboarding procedures to become a Bluebird Care Assistant. This is a mobile role, so it is essential that you have a Full Valid Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car/vehicle.
