Having both worked in places where sometimes it seemed like the people working in the office were not always being well looked after, it was important to Nicola and Adrian that when they set up Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills that the staff would be just as important as the customers and that the company would be one that people were happy and proud to work for. That view has persisted to this day.
