Salary:  £13.20 p/h (weekday) & £13.55 p/h (weekend), £11.44 p/h travel time, milage paid at 0.45p per mile

We are looking for full-time experienced Care Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis. If you are seeking a new opportunity and want to work with a CQC rated Good and one of the region’s leading Home Care providers we encourage you to apply within.

Our ideal working pattern for a full-time employee is 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, with alternative weekend work required. We can offer you regular set shifts - Full-time shifts will be scheduled from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. You'll work Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the first week, and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the second week.

However, we are open to accommodate other full-time working schedules if preferred. We understand it is important to have a work life balance and therefore we provide you with a regular schedule with set shifts.

2 years minimum care industry experience is desirable. However, for those with less experience we have a robust pre-employment training programme which provides all essential onboarding procedures to Bluebird Care. You will also receive ongoing support provided by our dedicated Care Supervisor experienced Senior Management Team and approachable Office Team.

This is a mobile role so it is essential that you have a Full Valid Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car/vehicle.

• Competitive hourly pay rate of £13.20 p/h weekdays and £13.55 p/h weekends
• Compensation of £11.44 per hour for travel time between customers
• Paid mileage at 45p per mile
