Robert
Care assistant Adam discovered that Bob, a lifelong AFC Wimbledon fan, hadn’t attended a football match in over 35 years. Adam nominated Bob for a SMILE treat, and together they attended a local match, rekindling Bob’s love for the game. “It was a beautiful day, and seeing Bob’s joy reminded me why I love what I do,” Adam shared.

Daphne
Daphne had been feeling isolated, so care assistant Jane nominated her for a SMILE experience. Together, they enjoyed a delicious meal at a local pub. Daphne’s words say it all: “I had a wonderful time. It’s amazing how much a simple outing can mean.”

Edna
After a successful SMILE outing, Edna now looks forward to weekly shopping trips with her carer Amber. These outings have become a highlight of her week, giving her independence and social connection

Julie
Julie’s carer, Sue, nominated her for a revitalising shower and pampering session. “The scented toiletries and special care made me feel so refreshed and happy,” Julie said.
