The office administrator will use their strong organisational and communication skills to keep our Bluebird Care office running smoothly.

The office administrator will support the Bluebird Care team to deliver high quality home care services each and every time.

This role offers plenty of variety. You will be a vital member of our team answering enquiries from customers, staff and other professionals. We are looking for a person with an excellent telephone manner who is able to stay calm and be helpful, even when under pressure. 

You will need to have great organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be responsible for keeping customer files and other records up to date so we can provide the services customers want, when and how they want them. 

This exciting opportunity will enable you to grow your skills and knowledge in administration and customer services. It also offers a great step into social care and the opportunity to be part of a strong supportive team striving to provide the best homecare and support services.
