Over the course of 2017 we have seen an increased focus towards positive mental health, wellbeing and importantly a shift in the way people see loneliness.
Firstly, what is loneliness? The dictionary definition of loneliness is sadness because someone has no friends or company AND the quality of being unfrequented, remote or isolated. In order to demonstrate just how extreme the feeling of loneliness can be The Campaign To End Loneliness took away all communication devices and isolated one of its team members for a week.
